The Lauer Mt212.Lau is a dedicated industrial monitor designed for use in harsh manufacturing environments. Functional Features
The Mt212.Lau offers excellent image quality with automatic scaling to fit various resolutions. It includes a built-in OSD menu for adjusting display parameters, and the front bezel has membrane buttons for manual control. The monitor can be daisy-chained using the DVI pass-through (optional). The touchscreen version provides intuitive interaction when connected to a PC or HMI via USB. The monitor also supports power-saving mode, automatically entering standby when no video signal is detected.
The rugged construction includes anti-vibration mounts and shock-absorbing brackets, ensuring stable operation in moving machinery. The LED backlight has a rated life of 60,000 hours.
Installation Guidelines
Mount the monitor in a panel cutout using the supplied clamps, or use the VESA holes for arm mounting. Connect the 24 V DC power supply with a 1 A fuse. Connect the video cable (VGA or DVI) from the source device. If using touch, connect the USB cable. Ensure the power and video cables are secured with strain relief. Keep the monitor away from strong magnetic fields and direct sunlight.
