The Lauer PCS830-3 is a mid-range operator panel designed for a wide variety of industrial applications. The PCS830-3 supports Modbus RTU/TCP, Siemens S7, Allen-Bradley DF1, Mitsubishi FX, and other drivers. It includes a built-in web server for remote diagnostics, data logging to USB or SD card, and alarm management. The panel is programmed with Lauer Configurator Pro, offering a rich object library, trend charts, and recipe handling. It supports multi-language text and user-level security.
Additional features include screen saver, adjustable backlight dimming, and a watchdog timer for automatic reset.
Mount in panel cutout with clips and gasket. Connect 24 V DC power with 1 A fuse. For RS485, use shielded cable with termination. For Ethernet, use CAT5e. Ensure proper grounding and adequate rear clearance.
