2.6 Use sociology, psychology and interpersonal communication skills to solve the psychological problems of community people:

Mental health is an important sign of human health. With the development of society, the change of life style and the acceleration of the pace of life, more and more psychological problems are faced by community nursing. Such as the newly retired elderly, empty nesters, elderly people living alone, menopausal elderly, people with family problems and so on. Due to the inadaptation to the environment, there will be a variety of psychological problems. Therefore, for these people, it is necessary to do a good job of social psychological counseling to understand and help them solve psychological problems.

2.7 Community nurses play the role of bridge and bond between community health service center, social committee and community population:

Establish a good cooperative relationship with the social committee to share basic information, health care and other resources of the community residents. Regular in-depth communication with each family, effective communication with them, the establishment of mutual trust interpersonal relationship, and timely transmission and feedback of various information, to prepare for the in-depth development of community health services.

In short, the ultimate goal of community nursing work is to maintain and promote the health of community residents. Therefore, community nurses give full play to their own role in community health service work, actively cooperate with various members of the team, rationally utilize limited human resources, complete various work of community health service, and take improving the health level of community residents as their responsibility, so as to further improve the quality of community health service.
