1. General overview of community work
The center has a community health service team composed of general practitioners, community nurses, rehabilitation physicians, public health personnel, and women and children's health doctors. Each team has about 12 members, and is in charge of 2 social committees. Each social committee serves 4,000 to 5,000 people, and each general practitioner and community nurse manages 200 to 300 people. General practitioners and community nurses go to the community for two half days a week, mainly to establish personal (family) health records, health check-ups, health lectures, health consultations, etc. At least two half days a week, family visits, rehabilitation training guidance once a week, family bed management once a week, and cooperate with the completion of temporary public health emergency tasks. The information of community service objects is dynamically managed by microcomputer, and the information is updated timely according to the number of follow-up visits of management groups.
2 The role of community nurses
2.1 Community nurses are the health guardians of community residents:
