nano-printing

UV-LED curing technology

The speed and quality of printing ink curing significantly determine the final printing effect. Biodegradable ink

With the rising voice of green environmental protection, sustainable development has attracted much attention in the packaging industry, and its importance has become increasingly prominent. Therefore, a new generation of environmentally friendly inks and printing processes continue to emerge. ClimaPrint, an organic biodegradable ink made by Indian ink manufacturer EnNatura, is one of the most representative products. Biodegradable plastics can be degraded through the action of microorganisms and integrated into the natural material circulation system. Gravure inks used in printing are widely used, which are basically composed of three components: colorant, coloring material and additive. Biodegradable resin is added to the above components to become biodegradable gravure inks. Printed matter with bionon-degradable gravure ink, even if placed in an environment conducive to biodegradation, will not appear shape change, weight reduction and so on. It can be predicted that in the near future, it will enter an era of using continuous recycling materials in ink.

Waterless offset printing

Waterless offset printing is an offset printing process that does not use water or a wetting system. The printing and packaging industry has always been cautious about waterless printing. However, in the past two years, the waterless offset printing process has made great progress through the collaboration between press manufacturers, paper and ink manufacturers. Waterless offset printing uses silicone rubber coated plates, special inks, and temperature-controlled presses to print more substrates, including paper and a variety of non-absorbent substrates, more simply and efficiently. Due to the participation of water in ordinary offset printing, the printing process will bring a lot of printing faults due to water, such as deinking roller, no ink, slow drying, incomplete printing dot, insufficient ink color is not bright, small luster, conjunctival strength, etc., and waterless offset printing because there is no water, the printing will not curl, and the printing waste and waste in operation are also significantly reduced. And the printing products printed with waterless offset printing ink have the advantages of bright color, large gloss, fast drying, complete dot and so on. At present, waterless offset printing has been more mature in thin film printing.
