UV-LED curing technology

Biodegradable ink

It can be predicted that in the near future, it will enter an era of using continuous recycling materials in ink.

Waterless offset printing

Waterless offset printing is an offset printing process that does not use water or a wetting system. The printing and packaging industry has always been cautious about waterless printing. However, in the past two years, the waterless offset printing process has made great progress through the collaboration between press manufacturers, paper and ink manufacturers. Waterless offset printing uses silicone rubber coated plates, special inks, and temperature-controlled presses to print more substrates, including paper and a variety of non-absorbent substrates, more simply and efficiently. Due to the participation of water in ordinary offset printing, the printing process will bring a lot of printing faults due to water, such as deinking roller, no ink, slow drying, incomplete printing dot, insufficient ink color is not bright, small luster, conjunctival strength, etc., and waterless offset printing because there is no water, the printing will not curl, and the printing waste and waste in operation are also significantly reduced. And the printing products printed with waterless offset printing ink have the advantages of bright color, large gloss, fast drying, complete dot and so on. At present, waterless offset printing has been more mature in thin film printing.
