9. Standardize drainage in industrial enterprises. If it is determined after evaluation that it cannot be connected to the sewage treatment plant, the directly discharged waste water and tail water that are treated by themselves according to regulations shall not be connected to the municipal sewage network, and the connected industrial enterprises shall be withdrawn within a time limit; If access is allowed, access shall be achieved after preprocessing. Strengthen the monitoring of water quality and quantity of water in the management enterprises, urge the enterprises to set up inspection Wells at the connection points of municipal pipelines, install online monitoring systems and flow control facilities. In each region, select an area or river with good basic conditions, build a drainage area with high standards, build a zero-direct discharge model area or zero-direct discharge river, supplement ecological restoration measures, introduce high-quality tailwater from sewage plants or carry out supplementary water source pretreatment, and optimize the riverbank environment to form a high-quality river with clear water, green bank and beautiful scenery. Improve the visibility of sewage treatment and the public's sense of gain, and transform the results of sewage treatment into high-quality environmental public goods.
