Strengthen the construction of rural social governance infrastructure, adjust and resolve all kinds of contradictions and disputes in the bud, avoid vicious cases, and enhance the sense of security of the people; Build productive public service facilities in rural areas, such as science stations, seed service stations, pesticide and fertilizer service stations, etc., to help farmers solve problems in production in a timely manner; We will strengthen the construction of village-level passenger transport stations, cultural and sports facilities, public lighting and other service facilities, and build libraries, cultural centers, gymnasiums, and exhibition centers in densely populated villages to provide villagers with a rich and colorful cultural life.

Comprehensively promoting rural revitalization is a historic shift in the focus of the Party and the government's "three rural areas" work. The release of the Opinions of the CPC Central Committee and The State Council on Comprehensively Promoting Rural Revitalization and Accelerating the Modernization of Agriculture and Rural Areas has guided the direction of rural revitalization, making agriculture more ambitious, rural areas more interesting, and farmers more hopeful.
