Accelerate the promotion of "Internet plus regulation"

In terms of non-coal mines, research and formulation of guiding opinions on strengthening the safety of non-coal mines, interim measures for the safety management of non-coal mining outsourcing projects, and guiding opinions on promoting the mechanization construction of small non-coal underground mines, focusing on the "7+30" key areas, implementing the closure, integration, and upgrading of the "three batches" project, and promoting root causes to achieve new results.
In terms of tailings ponds, strictly control the total amount of tailings ponds, complete the safety management task of the "top storage" on schedule, comprehensively promote the safety management of tailings ponds in key river basins such as the Yangtze River Economic Belt, the Yellow River basin, the Jialing River basin, the Wujiang River basin and the surrounding areas of the Danjiangkou Reservoir area, and promote the implementation of closure and sale of tailings ponds that have no production and operation subjects and have been out of use for more than three years.

For the work of "fighting non-violations" in mines this year, the State Bureau of Mine Safety Supervision has arranged and deployed the two fields of coal mine and non-coal mine mountain respectively.
