Ii. Overview of the supply chain financial products of Jusu Cloud

Jusu Cloud supply chain finance products for Juelong, is a supply chain finance industry for plastic products enterprise groups. The following is an overview from three levels: risk control system, operation model and application innovation.

(1) Risk control system:

Through the core risk control model of Poly Plastic Cloud, combined with real-time production data information, and with the platform big data system, we have achieved credit quantification for the majority of high-quality plastic products factories. With the quantitative credit data, the factories that could not apply for credit are eligible to apply for credit;

The key to the risk control model is to establish a set of credit rating standards applicable to the entire plasticizing industry for the vast number of factory groups, through which the basic credit status of the audited factory can be initially identified.

At the same time, the platform establishes a complete set of operational dynamic risk control system through technical means, and constructively proposes solutions for meter monitoring. In this way, we monitor the real-time electricity consumption of plastic processing enterprises, and obtain the opening probability of processing enterprises through our self-developed algorithm to achieve real-time risk control.

2, credit to quality factory customers. The platform collaborates with financial institutions to extend financial credit to high-quality factory customers. The credit line is bound to its actual business and can be used for the procurement of raw materials and goods. Ensure its compliance and safe use, and ensure that it enjoys assistance from financing difficulties.

(II) Operation mode:

Poly Cloud mainly focuses on the following two aspects to effectively promote Poly Rong financial products to the national plastic industry:

1. Focus on providing supply chain financial services in the core agglomeration market of plastic products. There are more than 30 core markets for plastic products in the country, and more than 20% of the plastic products enterprises in the country are concentrated. Through the operation of key markets, it is helpful to the risk control and the depth of industrial chain services.

2. Set up an operation team in the core market, covering the whole industrial chain services such as risk control, business, logistics and warehousing, which can quickly occupy and deeply cultivate the local market, achieve targeted supply chain services, and enhance the stickability of local enterprise groups to the platform.

3. Application innovation

Jsu Cloud has made many explorations and innovations in the development and application of supply chain financial technology, in which we will introduce and share the technical system of JSU Cloud:

1. Basic system construction

Polyplastic Cloud information management platform is based on Microsoft's latest. NET CORE technology framework.

.NET Core is a free, open-source hosted computer software framework for windows, linux, and macos operating systems, and is the first official version developed by Microsoft. Application Framework with cross-platform (Windows, Mac OSX, Linux) capabilities.

Polyplastic cloud adopts the architecture of front and back end separation to ensure the low coupling of system functions and system display, so that the Polyplastic cloud platform has better robustness and scalability.

The front-end system of Jusu Cloud includes three versions: ios app, Android app and public micro-website, giving our customers more choices.

The service side of Poly plastic Cloud is assumed to be on Ali Cloud, making full use of Ali Cloud's strong technical service capabilities. We use ECS cloud server, RDS relational database, OSS object access technology, Redis No sql database, SLB load balancing and other services.

As mentioned above, the data storage of Poly plastic Cloud adopts the combination of Mysql relational database and Redis. Mysql ensures the standardization and convenience of data structure; The system uses Redis key-value pairs in the part of high concurrency and fast response.

In the operation of pictures and large files, OSS technology is used to greatly improve the efficiency of file access, making electronic signatures, electronic contracts, photos and other large files seamless access in the business process.

In order to ensure the stability of the system, we adopt the strategy of dynamic IP and multi-server load balancing. The client sends a request to only one server IP address. After receiving the request from the client, the server specifies an appropriate server to process the request based on the specific algorithm configured on the load balancer. Because there are multiple servers on the server side in parallel, the failure of one server will not shut down the entire service, and the other servers are still running normally. Our mysql data also adopts the dual-system hot backup mode, and the data is backed up in real time to ensure the data security of customers.

2. Supply chain management and risk control management

In order to better manage risks, we constructively propose solutions for meter monitoring according to the specific situation of the plastics industry. We purchased a smart meter system from a technology company affiliated to Guodian. Its working principle is: install a smart meter on the main circuit of a plastic processing enterprise, and each smart meter is equipped with a sim card for Internet of Things communication. The sim card will send the electricity data collected by the meter back to the server of the smart meter system, and generate a data report on the server side. In this way, we monitor the real-time electricity consumption of plastic processing enterprises, and obtain the opening rate of processing enterprises through our self-developed algorithm.

A large amount of business data is generated in the cloud information management platform and smart meter system every day. For a plastic processing enterprise, we can obtain its material purchase volume, electricity consumption, financial credit balance and other data. We can also extract data based on multiple dimensions such as region, material category, brand, etc. Therefore, we have also developed a big data analysis system to provide data support for trading platforms and management systems.

The Polyplastic Cloud information integrated solution organically combines the information management platform, the smart meter system based on the Internet of Things and the big data analysis system, while realizing the characteristics of low coupling and high interoperability, so that the three systems complement each other, providing a new activity scene for plastic processing enterprises and traders.

3. Application cases

Taking Liuguanzhuang Mutian Plastic Factory in Juxian County, Shandong Province as an example, to illustrate the application of Poly plastic cloud solution.

(1) Enterprise demand

Juxian Liuguanzhuang Mutian Plastic Factory, located in Liuguanzhuang Town, Juxian County, Shandong Province, is an individual industrial and commercial enterprise with 6 sets of machines and 20 employees, mainly engaged in the processing, production and sales of plastic bags. With more than 15 years of experience, the Mutian Plastic Factory now operating was registered in 2017, operating in good condition, without any operational problems.

At present, in the daily operation process of Mutian Plastic Factory, due to the addition of new equipment and the upgrading of old equipment, as well as the addition of plant environmental protection facilities, the free cash consumption of the enterprise is relatively large. At the same time, due to the gradual establishment of the reputation of the enterprise and products, the corresponding product purchase orders increase, resulting in the purchase of raw materials, labor costs and accounts receivable increase. So that its daily operation of the working capital needs to increase. However, because they are individual industrial and commercial businesses and are still located at the township level, they cannot obtain strong support from banks and other financial institutions according to their own business credit and assets, causing them to be in a dilemma: without sufficient funds, they cannot drive the development and growth of enterprises, and enterprises cannot obtain financial support if they cannot develop and grow. According to our field investigation and the data information provided by the local people's government, there are about 1,800 plastic processing enterprises in Liuguanzhuang Town, Juxian County, more than 84% of which are small and micro enterprises, mainly individual industrial and commercial enterprises. They cannot obtain effective financial support from banks and other financial institutions, but more support from private capital and small loans. But the interest on these funds is very high, often above 20%.

Mutian plastic factory wants to get its own development and growth, and strive to obtain a place in the market competition with its own strength, it must solve the financial problem facing, that is, the financing problem.

(2) Implementation steps

Overall planning and step-by-step implementation of industrial enterprise application solutions, including but not limited to enterprise technology realization, data development and utilization, business process optimization, organizational management change, etc.

Through the initial business contact, the business department of Poly Plastic Cloud learned the basic situation of Mutian Plastic factory, considered that it met the corresponding credit conditions required by Poly plastic Cloud risk control credit information system, and submitted the corresponding application information to Poly plastic Cloud risk control center.

After receiving the application information of Mutian Plastic Factory, after reviewing the preliminary data and information, the risk control Center went to the Mutian plastic factory to conduct a field visit, and communicated face-to-face with the factory manager and front-line workers to understand its real asset status, upstream and downstream business information and actual capital needs. After this work, the risk control personnel formed a risk control report and submitted it to the Risk Control Committee of Jusu Cloud for joint review. After the joint review of the risk control committee, Mutian Plastic factory obtained the 300,000 financial line credit of Poly Plastic Cloud, which is valid for one year, and the annual interest rate is less than 11%. This quota can meet the needs of its normal operation and development, and at the same time match its current corporate strength, so that it does not need to use social capital with high interest.

The credit line is directly granted to the Mutian Plastic factory's account on the Poly plastic Cloud platform, and the Mutian Plastic Factory can use the credit to purchase raw materials on the Poly plastic Cloud platform. When the factory purchases raw materials online, it can use the quota to pay directly, and after the payment is completed, the logistics partner of the platform will directly deliver the goods to the factory warehouse. The factory carries out processing, production and sales activities, and after completing sales and recovering the payment for goods, the amount used can be repaid. This directly solves the pressure on its cash flow and ensures that the factory can continue to grow.

3. Results have been achieved

After using the credit line of Poly Plastic Cloud, Mutian Plastic factory has basically stopped using private capital financing (the only private capital financing at present is a financing in the second half of last year), and 300,000 credits are enough to meet the cash flow needs of Mutian Plastic Factory to ensure that its business development is safe. Aside from being able to obtain enough financing lines, simply from the financing cost, you can save nearly half of the cost in a year, about 30,000 yuan. This is a very significant thing for individual industrial and commercial enterprises engaged in physical production in rural areas.

4. Performance analysis

1. Specific industrial value:

In 2020, the cumulative number of supply chain financial service factories will reach 600, and the centralized procurement capacity from raw material manufacturers will be initially realized.

In 2021, on the basis of already radiating across the country, Jusu Cloud will cover a wider range of factory groups and achieve in-depth service of 6,000 factories. Achieve a wider range of financial, goods and logistics services, with its own platform index. In the whole year, the total amount of poly plastic financial services was more than 2.6 billion.
