"1+1+3"! Scientific framework of green intelligent mine construction

Intelligent mine

To put it simply, intelligent mine is to use 3D modeling, front-end perception and low-delay information and communication technologies to generate digital twins of mines in computers, and then through various information and communication technologies, digital technologies, Internet of things technologies, so that virtual mines and physical mines to achieve mapping interaction. So as to achieve the purpose of safe and intelligent mining, green environmental protection, fine mine management, efficient utilization of mineral resources and so on.

From the perspective of application, the overall solution of green intelligent mine is to realize the whole element modeling of mine. Based on ore flow, energy flow, information flow, value flow and business flow, the data platform of physical entity object and the diversified correspondence between digital virtual model can be established, and the whole process of data collection, digital transmission, knowledge mining and information feedback can be realized. Realize the whole process of raw material procurement, logistics and transportation, storage management, production process to market prediction and product sales; To realize the overall digital integration of all elements of "human, machine, material, law and environment", and provide mining enterprises with digital integrated solutions of intelligent collaborative control and decision analysis through multi-level digital collaborative computing such as edge computing, cloud computing, intelligent management and terminal applications.

"1 Network" - mining industrial ring network system

In the entire process of mine intelligent construction, the construction of mining industrial ring network, the application of front-end intelligent equipment, the real-time collection, transmission, processing, storage and analysis capabilities of massive information data, as well as the construction level of various decision-making models and execution capabilities are the core and key factors for the entire mine digital twin system to achieve accurate interaction and effective mapping. This interactive mapping ability and final effect determined by the above factors are the core indicators to measure the level of smart mine construction. Among these determinants, the mining industrial ring network is a "socket type" infrastructure, and its importance is self-evident.

At present, although the communication network of the daily office of the mine service has been basically fully covered, there are many shortcomings in bandwidth, data flow and delay, which is difficult to meet the requirements of the green intelligent construction of the mine. "1" - 3D visualization of mine real scene

The 3D visualization of mine real scene is the base of mine digital twin, and also the visual carrier of various applications of green intelligent mine. The visualization system highly integrates the 3D reality model of the mine, the geological model of the mine and the visualization of various monitoring and monitoring systems (production automation, safety monitoring, environmental monitoring, slope monitoring, personnel positioning, sound and light alarm, DCS system monitoring data, video monitoring) to achieve the visual experience of the authenticity of the 3D model. Like the mining industry ring network, the three-dimensional visualization of the mine reality has also become a necessary basic application for the green intelligent construction of the mine. "3 Platforms" - three types of mine application platforms

Next, the construction of intelligent mine should start to build three types of application platforms, mine collaborative management platform, mine centralized control platform and big data decision analysis platform. The function definition of the mine collaborative management platform focuses on information management and business collaboration. The platform is not only the infrastructure that carries the initial "information flow" of smart mines, but also the basic content of building digital twin mines.

Key points of construction and application

Whether the existing functional systems of mining enterprises have standardized protocol interfaces;

The organic connection problem of mining enterprise business coordination, business habits and platform data information understanding, import, analysis and processing and result presentation.

The first three problems are basically common problems in the digital industry, which can be learned from the successful experience of industries with fast digital transformation and upgrading process and good results. The fourth problem requires mining companies and contractors to work together to overcome the industry name "the Internet does not understand industry, industry does not understand the Internet", the completion of this work will determine whether the information foundation of intelligent mine construction is firm.

The second type of platform: mine centralized control platform

The centralized mine management and control platform is also an intelligent mining integration scheme based on the concept and technology of digital twin, based on the 3D real map data of the mine, and integrating the data of mine safety, environmental protection and production management. By efficiently and reasonably organizing a series of industrial software systems and front-end intelligent equipment (products) responsible for situational awareness and data collection, the scheme realizes full awareness of the mine environment, equipment data acquisition, transmission analysis, and equipment control instruction delivery coverage, and is a smart mine platform for the construction of global awareness, edge computing, data-driven and auxiliary decision-making. It is the carrier to realize the virtual-real mapping and real-time interaction between the physical mine entity and the digital mine twin, and also the source of all kinds of "real-time data" required for the mine collaborative management platform introduced earlier.

On this platform, the previously built industrial ring network and the series of industrial software, Internet of things technology, intelligent equipment and other participating elements supported by it together form the main body of an independent mining industrial Internet, which can generate massive enterprise application-level perception data through daily operation. Meet the mining enterprises to dynamically grasp the organization and management object, management process and result state of each department of the mine, grasp the operation situation of the mine in real time, and optimize the control according to it, that is, "virtual and real mapping, real-time interaction".

Mining companies and contractors have their own strengths, one is more familiar with mining, the other is more familiar with the Internet, intelligent equipment, industrial software, the birth of a smart mine is the result of the two sides into "different professional directions of competition", or the crystallization of mutual understanding and co-creation, testing the pattern and wisdom of the two teams.

The big data analysis platform relies on the data center foundation, covering the whole data application link from data access, to data modeling and processing, and then to data analysis and mining, providing data-driven mining business analysis support for report application, report application, display application and mining analysis of underground mines and open-pit mines.

Key points of construction and application

How to realize index data analysis and diversified definition of indicators to meet the needs of mine management indicators; How to divide related indicators into indicator topics according to needs, form indicator models suitable for different application scenarios, so that indicator data can be directly used in various mining analysis application scenarios of the platform, these problems directly test the ability level of industry application and grasp big data technology, talent and experience are two key elements.

Data mining analysis, a variety of algorithms (including classification analysis, association analysis, regression analysis, cluster analysis, time series prediction, etc.), as well as simple operations such as the use of drag and drop and visualization of the whole process depend on the level of development of big data technology itself and the industry application.
