Intelligent mine

To put it simply, intelligent mine is to use 3D modeling, front-end perception and low-delay information and communication technologies to generate digital twins of mines in computers, and then through various information and communication technologies, digital technologies, Internet of things technologies, so that virtual mines and physical mines to achieve mapping interaction. So as to achieve the purpose of safe and intelligent mining, green environmental protection, fine mine management, efficient utilization of mineral resources and so on.

From the perspective of application, the overall solution of green intelligent mine is to realize the whole element modeling of mine. Based on ore flow, energy flow, information flow, value flow and business flow, the data platform of physical entity object and the diversified correspondence between digital virtual model can be established, and the whole process of data collection, digital transmission, knowledge mining and information feedback can be realized. Realize the whole process of raw material procurement, logistics and transportation, storage management, production process to market prediction and product sales; To realize the overall digital integration of all elements of "human, machine, material, law and environment", and provide mining enterprises with digital integrated solutions of intelligent collaborative control and decision analysis through multi-level digital collaborative computing such as edge computing, cloud computing, intelligent management and terminal applications.

"1 Network" - mining industrial ring network system

In the entire process of mine intelligent construction, the construction of mining industrial ring network, the application of front-end intelligent equipment, the real-time collection, transmission, processing, storage and analysis capabilities of massive information data, as well as the construction level of various decision-making models and execution capabilities are the core and key factors for the entire mine digital twin system to achieve accurate interaction and effective mapping. This interactive mapping ability and final effect determined by the above factors are the core indicators to measure the level of smart mine construction. Among these determinants, the mining industrial ring network is a "socket type" infrastructure, and its importance is self-evident.

At present, although the communication network of the daily office of the mine service has been basically fully covered, there are many shortcomings in bandwidth, data flow and delay, which is difficult to meet the requirements of the green intelligent construction of the mine. In other words, most of the intelligent upgrading of the mine needs to start from the upgrading of the communication network or the construction of a local area network. "1" - 3D visualization of mine real scene

The 3D visualization of mine real scene is the base of mine digital twin, and also the visual carrier of various applications of green intelligent mine. The visualization system highly integrates the 3D reality model of the mine, the geological model of the mine and the visualization of various monitoring and monitoring systems (production automation, safety monitoring, environmental monitoring, slope monitoring, personnel positioning, sound and light alarm, DCS system monitoring data, video monitoring) to achieve the visual experience of the authenticity of the 3D model. Like the mining industry ring network, the three-dimensional visualization of the mine reality has also become a necessary basic application for the green intelligent construction of the mine. "3 Platforms" - three types of mine application platforms
