Accelerate the construction of green factories, green products, green supply chain and green parks in the chemical fiber industry, carry out the construction of demonstration enterprises leading in water efficiency and energy efficiency, and promote the construction of carbon footprint accounting and social responsibility.

2. Improving recycling. To achieve large-scale and low-cost production of chemical recycled polyester, and promote the research and development and industrialization of key technologies of recycled nylon, recycled polypropylene, recycled spandex, recycled acrylic, recycled viscose fiber, recycled high-performance fiber and other varieties. Promote the key technological breakthroughs and industrial development of the high-value utilization of waste textiles, increase the recycling and utilization of used military uniforms, school uniforms, police uniforms, tooling and other uniforms, and encourage relevant production enterprises to establish a recycling system.
