Improve the chemical fiber standard system with the coordinated development of national standards, bank standards, group standards and enterprise standards, and give full play to the role of group standards in guiding industrial development and stimulating innovation. Strengthen the training of standardized talents, and improve the standard development and testing ability of enterprises from fiber to fabric (composite materials) to the final products. Promote international standardization, and promote international cooperation and mutual recognition of technologies, standards and certification systems.

3. Promoting brand building.
