On October 17, the "Chemical Fiber Industry Internet and Intelligent Manufacturing High-level Seminar" sponsored by China Chemical Fiber Industry Association was held in Beijing. With the theme of "Chemical fiber manufacturing has entered the era of machine intelligence", this conference deeply discussed the organic integration of the new generation of information communication technology and artificial intelligence technology into the core equipment and production line of the industry through the industrial Internet "end-edge-cloud" collaborative computing model, and further promoted the intelligent upgrading of the chemical fiber industry.

Facing the future, the demand for customized style will increase, and the consistency of product quality will be higher, but the current prediction ability in the production process of the chemical fiber industry is lacking, and manual sampling is difficult, which seriously affects the development of the chemical fiber industry. With the vigorous development of emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence, big data, cloud computing, edge computing, and machine vision, the industry urgently needs to build a digital infrastructure with predictive capabilities to support the rapid development of the future chemical fiber industry.
