On October 17, the "Chemical Fiber Industry Internet and Intelligent Manufacturing High-level Seminar" sponsored by China Chemical Fiber Industry Association was held in Beijing. With the theme of "Chemical fiber manufacturing has entered the era of machine intelligence", this conference deeply discussed the organic integration of the new generation of information communication technology and artificial intelligence technology into the core equipment and production line of the industry through the industrial Internet "end-edge-cloud" collaborative computing model, and further promoted the intelligent upgrading of the chemical fiber industry.

Leaders and experts from the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, Chinese Academy of Engineering, China Textile Industry Council, China Industrial Internet Development Alliance, China Academy of Information and Communications Sciences, Shenyang Institute of Automation, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Huawei, Sanlian Hongpu, TMT and other relevant governments, associations, enterprises and experts addressed the meeting and delivered keynote speeches. Discuss the pain points and countermeasures of industrial development in the new era of chemical fiber industry.

Facing the future, the demand for customized style will increase, and the consistency of product quality will be higher, but the current prediction ability in the production process of the chemical fiber industry is lacking, and manual sampling is difficult, which seriously affects the development of the chemical fiber industry. With the vigorous development of emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence, big data, cloud computing, edge computing, and machine vision, the industry urgently needs to build a digital infrastructure with predictive capabilities to support the rapid development of the future chemical fiber industry. Based on the demands of the industry, on the day of the conference, Huawei Cloud and Sanlian Hongpu officially released the "chemical fiber industrial intelligent agent solution".

Zhang Minzhe, director and executive deputy general manager of Sanlian Hongpu Data Technology Co., LTD., pointed out that the prediction and optimization ability of the chemical fiber industry relies on the digital foundation. Jia Yongli, president of Huawei Cloud Artificial intelligence, said that the chemical fiber industrial intelligent body is composed of three engines of "intelligent cognition, intelligent prediction and decision optimization" on the basis of the digital twin of the production line. Huawei gives full play to the full-stack, full-scene AI capabilities surrounding the Senten AI chip, the new generation of AI open source computing framework MindSpore, the one-stop AI development platform ModelArts, as well as the advantages of Huawei's industrial Internet solutions, and integrates the core Know-How+AI into the production system through the long-term in-depth cooperation with Sanli Hong. Significantly improve the level of production line prediction, accelerate the intelligent transformation of chemical fiber enterprises.
