He stressed that to promote the "integration of the two and the three simultaneously" work, we should use the digital dividend on the basis of the inherent laws of the manufacturing industry, but we should also pay attention to its own development characteristics and laws. For example, information networks must be used, but note that Metcalfe's law generally does not apply; Must use good algorithms and computing power, but Moore's law generally does not apply, often there will be multiple generations of technology in the same situation; The production of material goods, material or energy components is a necessary condition, but the marginal cost generally cannot approach zero. In view of these characteristics, the textile industry should increase more important evaluation criteria when promoting the integration of the two. To consider from the perspective of the industry, market demand and other dimensions, if the development goals of the industry are not reached, the indicators of the core competitiveness and sustainable development ability of the enterprise are not reached, it is necessary to vote down the implementation of the project, and can not blindly follow the trend.

Promote the development of the industrial Internet and strengthen pilot demonstration projects
