The textile industry is facing various pressures, overcoming difficulties, maintaining the overall stability of the development of the industry, and playing an irreplaceable role in stabilizing economic development, balancing the balance of payments, creating employment space, and promoting the improvement of people's livelihood, among which the continuous digital transformation is an important driving force.

Digital transformation is not only the continuation of a series of achievements in the informatization construction of the textile industry over the years, but also a new concept and new development in the new era. 2022 review

The Party Central Committee and The State Council will strengthen policy and strategic guidance

Relevant government departments will accelerate the implementation of digital transformation policy support and demonstration leadership. In December 2022, the National Ministry of Industry and Information Technology announced the 2022 annual intelligent manufacturing pilot demonstration list, establishing a number of industries and fields of the vanguard. Textile industry demonstration factories have Fujian Jinjiang Huayu, Xinjiang Changji Yida, etc.; Excellent scenes include Huahao non-woven fabrics, Fujian polyfiber, Changyuan Textile, Honggang Textile, Fengzhu Textile, Yu Dahua Textile, etc., involving intelligent online monitoring, man-machine collaborative manufacturing, lean production management, process dynamic optimization and other scenes.

Industry organizations to carry out comprehensive guidance and services

In June 2022, the China Textile Federation issued the "Textile Industry Digital Transformation Three-year Action Plan (2022-2024)", to deepen the integration of the new generation of information technology and the textile industry as the main line, to intelligent manufacturing as the main direction, to industrial Internet innovation application as the focus, to accelerate the digital transformation of the textile industry.

In July 2022, the "Industrial Foundation Innovation and Development Catalog" led by the Chinese Academy of Engineering was released, and the content of industrial basic software was added for the first time. The industrial software of the textile industry includes industrial MES, ERP, APS, industrial Internet platform, textile workshop simulation software, clothing 3D virtual design and other content, providing a reference for government organizations to solve key problems. China Textile Machinery Association, together with other institutions, build a public service platform for intelligent manufacturing standards testing and verification around the textile industry, including textile equipment interconnection and operation and maintenance, textile smart factory construction, textile maturity evaluation and supply chain, logistics, visual inspection and other standards, to provide strong support for the textile industry to carry out intelligent manufacturing.

Intelligent manufacturing extends to the terminal industry

Intelligent manufacturing is the main direction of the digital transformation of the textile industry, intelligent production line has been the core area of concern, the previous stage to chemical fiber, spinning and other upstream industries, in recent years, gradually to clothing, home textiles and other downstream terminal industry extension, and fully consider the characteristics of terminal consumer products, made a series of progress.

Weiqiao Jiajia Home Textile has cooperated with Donghua University and other units to build an efficient short process demonstration factory for bedding products, including intelligent production lines such as cutting, sewing and packaging. Among them, it has developed intelligent online detection technology of fabric defects, intelligent hanging technology of automatic rail diversion and multi-track parallel of product vehicles, intelligent technology of automatic packing and warehousing integration, data-driven intelligent control technology of multi-factor production of bed products, etc., which has significantly improved production efficiency.
