Fully integrate into the digital economy, and promote the breakthrough of key core technologies and the improvement of technological iteration ability of fiber manufacturing.

Second, take efficiency as the core, and strive to create a collaborative industrial innovation ecosystem. We will improve the technological innovation system with enterprises as the main body, the market as the guide, and the deep integration of industry, universities and research institutes, and promote the efficient connection and integration of various innovation resources. Deep cooperation and collaboration, reduce the dispersion of resources, inefficient, repetitive investment, and improve the overall innovation efficiency of the industry. We will accelerate the construction of public data platforms and technology collaboration platforms.

Third, value as the core, gradually improve the market-oriented results transformation system. Adhere to demand-oriented and application-oriented technological innovation, accelerate the integration of innovation chains and industrial chains, scientifically evaluate the potential and maturity of technologies, and fine-scale the industrialization and commercialization process. Guided by "one needs multiple materials" and "one material with multiple uses", the expansion and upgrading of fiber material application scenarios are promoted, and a virtuous cycle of demand traction and supply is formed.

The innovative development of the industry needs fertile soil and a good industrial environment. Ji Yu, deputy director of the Jiangsu Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology, said that Jiangsu is a major manufacturing province and the backbone of the strategic promotion of manufacturing power, the textile industry and chemical fiber industry is an important part of the industrial structure of Jiangsu Province, is an important support for the economic and social development of Jiangsu Province, Jiangsu has formed a close collaboration supporting the enterprise ecosystem, but also cultivate a number of specialized markets. Foresight - Build a trusted platform for recycled textiles

China's renewable fiber output of about 10 million tons in 2020, ranking first in the world, the current development of recycled fiber has entered the transformation stage from simple replacement to high-quality development, but the existing certification system of recycled fiber is controlled by people, the control system is not sound (GRS, CU), based on this, It is of great significance and urgent to build a credible platform for recycled textiles with advanced technology and high efficiency.
