The actual acceptable working cycle depends on various factors such as torque size and joint type. The tool has built-in protection mechanisms to ensure that the allowed working cycle is not exceeded.
5.2 Operating Environment Limitations
Only for use in dry rooms;
Prohibited from use in explosive environments;
Must be operated by qualified professionals in an industrial assembly environment;
Ensure that the tool output head does not come into contact with conductors, concealed conductors, or live parts in the controller cable.
5.3 Remote Startup and Program Change Risks
Document warning: Using the remote boot feature may cause the tool to start unexpectedly. System troubleshooting and restart are only for authorized personnel to perform.
Regular inspection and maintenance standards
6.1 Cable Inspection
Regularly inspect power cables and tool cables. Once any signs of damage (wear, cuts, compression, etc.) are found, replace immediately. The consequences of using non certified cables have been emphasized earlier.
6.2 Cleaning Standards
Use only a damp cloth and water to clean the components;
It is strictly prohibited to use cleaning agents containing solvents;

6.3 Plug management
The method of unplugging the plug must ensure that the operator can check whether the plug remains unplugged from any accessible position, which is a basic safety measure to prevent accidental power on.

The MT Focus 6000 controller has been calibrated before leaving the factory. Users can download the calibration certificate through the following steps:

8.1 EU Compliance
The MT Focus 6000 complies with the following regulations:
2011/65/EU (RoHS) and 2015/863/EU revisions;

8.2 REACH and RoHS (China)
The product complies with China's RoHS requirements (see table on page 2 of the document for details). According to Article 33 of the REACH regulation, certain electrical and mechanical components in products may contain lead metal (CAS 7439-92-1) - which is a legal exemption under RoHS and will not leak or mutate during normal use. The lead concentration in the entire product is far below the threshold. California Proposition 65 warns of potential exposure to chemicals such as lead (see www.P65Warnings. ca. gov).
8.3 Disposal of WEEE
The product complies with the WEEE Directive (2012/19/EU) and is marked with a crossed wheel trash can symbol (with a single black line below), indicating the presence of components that require WEEE treatment. The entire product or related components can be sent to the customer center for processing.

This device complies with FCC Part 15 and belongs to Class A digital devices, which may generate radio frequency interference in commercial environments. Indoor use only. Operating conditions: (1) Do not cause harmful interference; (2) Accept any interference received.
