A highly versatile single loop controller with an IP66/NEMA 4X wall/pipe mounting enclosure, suitable for process control in harsh environments, without the need for expensive instrument panels, and can be directly installed near equipment.

Support PID control, Ramp/Soak program settings, multiple input/output types, with Modbus communication function, suitable for temperature, pressure, flow and other parameter control in industrial processes.

1. Input/output capability

Universal input (3-channel):

Supports signals such as thermocouple (THC), thermistor (RTD), millivolt, current (4-20mA), voltage, etc., with an accuracy of ± 0.1%, and built-in cold junction compensation (CJC).

Input impedance: millivolts/thermocouple>10M Ω, voltage 500k Ω, current 10 Ω.

Control output:

Analog output: 0-20mA, load ≤ 750 Ω, isolated 1kV AC.

Logic output: 12V DC (driving solid-state relay SSR), load ≤ 400 Ω.

2. Control and Programming

PID control: Supports P, PI, and PID modes, with built-in Autotune function.

Slope/Insulation Procedure:

9 programs, each with 30 segments, supporting segment event control of relay actions, suitable for scenarios such as heat treatment and temperature curve control.

Hot/Cold Control Strategy: Implement dual output control for heating/cooling through analog output and relay combination.
