3.2 Environmental adaptability and protection level

Working and storage conditions:

Working temperature (vertical installation): 0 to+50 ° C (compliant with EN 60068-2-14)

Storage temperature: -20 to+70 ° C (compliant with EN 60068-2-14)

Working and storage humidity: 5% to 85% RH, no condensation (compliant with EN 60068-2-30)

Vibration tolerance: 5-9Hz, 7mm peak to peak; 9-150Hz, 1g (compliant with EN 60068-2-6)

Impact tolerance: ± 50g, 11ms, 3 pulses per axis (compliant with EN 60068-2-27)

Front panel protection level: IP66 (compliant with EN 60529). This level means that the product is completely dust-proof and can withstand strong water spray. However, it should be noted that although the protection level of the equipment meets this standard, oil may seep into the panel in the presence of oil mist or low viscosity cutting oil that adheres for a long time. If the protective film on the front panel peels off, it is recommended to take additional protective measures.

After long-term use of the installed sealing gasket, or after the equipment and its sealing gasket are removed from the panel, the original protection level cannot be guaranteed. During installation, the edge of the opening must be flat, with a maximum plane deviation of ≤ 0.5mm. The thickness of the installation chassis should be between 1.5mm and 6mm, and the maximum surface roughness of the sealing gasket contact surface should be ≤ 120 μ m.

Important note: Prolonged use in environments with temperatures reaching or exceeding 40 ° C may reduce backlight quality/reliability/durability.

Front panel film lifespan: It can last up to 10 years at an ambient temperature of 25 ° C, avoiding direct sunlight or ultraviolet radiation.

UV resistance: Under indoor application conditions, slight yellowing and brittleness may occur after 300 hours of QUV accelerated aging and humidity cycling.

Solvent resistance test:

Contact at 21 ° C for 30 minutes with no visible effects: acetone, butyl fibrinolytic agent, cyclohexanone, ethyl acetate, hexane, isopropanol MEK、 Dichloromethane, toluene, xylene
