Enter configuration mode
Touch and hold the CLEAR key on the screen until the message 'TOUCH SCREEN CALIBRATION' is displayed, then follow the instructions on the page
Touch and hold the x symbol in the upper right corner until it moves to the lower left corner of the screen

Emergency calibration procedure:
When standard procedures cannot be used to enter calibration, emergency calibration procedures should be used:
Turn off the device power
Power on the device again
Click on the center of the touch screen at a frequency of about half a second until the operation panel enters calibration mode

12.2 Emergency methods for entering configuration mode
If the operation panel cannot be switched to configuration mode due to startup issues, please follow the following procedure:
Turn off the device power
Touch the left center of the display screen with your left hand
Turn on the power of the control panel and use your right hand to click on the center right side of the display screen at a frequency of about half a second
Continue operating until the screen displays the configuration mode
12.3 Safe Mode
The 'safe' mode of the panel allows for specific and special operations to be performed on the device. In some cases, the 'safe' mode is required to reset the panel contrast adjustment parameters. The activation of panel safety mode is similar to activating the emergency program of configuration mode at startup:
Turn off the device power
Divide the screen into two parts using a horizontal imaginary line; Press and hold the upper half of the display screen with one finger
Turn on the power of the control panel and click on the lower part of the display screen at a frequency of about half a second

Interpretation of LED indicator light status
The eTOP series 300 operation panel is equipped with dedicated LED indicator lights to provide visual feedback on device status. Please note that some indicator lights may only be available on certain models of operation panels.
13.1 Red LED indicator light
Status OFF: No hardware issues detected
Status BLINK: Low battery level
Status ON: Hardware malfunction
13.2 Green LED indicator light
Status OFF: No button pressed and no errors
Status BLINK: Communication error (not all models)
Status ON: When a button is pressed (visual feedback)
13.3 RUN/green LED indicator light
Status OFF: Hardware malfunction
Status ON: Unit running
13.4 COM/green LED indicator light
Status BLINK: Communication error
Status ON: Communication is normal
13.5 ALARM/Red LED Indicator Light
Status OFF: No alarm
Status BLINK: Alarm requires confirmation
Status ON: Alarm activated
13.6 ALARM/Green LED Indicator Light
Status ON: Recipe data backup in progress
These LED indicator lights provide an intuitive means of monitoring device status, allowing operators to quickly determine the operating status of the equipment by observing the status of the indicator lights, and promptly detect and handle abnormal situations.
Packaging and Transportation Guidelines
14.1 Opening Instructions
After receiving the device, please carefully open the box according to the packaging diagram. Check if there is any obvious damage to the equipment that may have been caused during transportation. Keep all original packaging materials for future use when transporting or storing equipment.
14.2 Repackaging Procedure
If you need to repackage the equipment, please follow the reverse order of the unboxing instructions. The use of original packaging materials ensures optimal protection for equipment during transportation and storage. Ensure that the equipment is securely fixed inside the packaging box to avoid movement and vibration during transportation.
