Line side converter: Provides two configurations: DFE 12 to 36 pulse and AFE IGBT 6 pulse, effectively controlling input current harmonics and reducing interference with the power grid.

Operation mode: Supports four quadrant operation, can achieve forward and reverse rotation of the motor and energy feedback, suitable for application scenarios that require frequent braking and energy recovery.
Control mode: Equipped with magnetic flux vector control mode, it can choose to operate without encoder or with encoder, suitable for induction motors and synchronous motors (optional), achieving high-precision speed and torque control.
Analog input/output: The standard configuration includes 3 inputs and 3 outputs, with a signal range of ± 10Vdc or 4-20mA, and can be connected to various analog sensors and actuators.
Digital Input/Output: Provides 6 inputs and 6 outputs for connecting digital devices to achieve logic control and status feedback.
Speed regulation: The speed regulation accuracy is less than 0.5% without an encoder and less than 0.1% with an encoder, meeting the requirements of high-precision speed regulation.
LAN interface: The standard configuration includes Profinet, Modbus, Ethercat, IEC68150, and optional Profibus, DeviceNet, EGD, etc., which facilitates communication with the upper control system and enables remote monitoring and control.
Protection function: It has overcurrent, current limiting, overvoltage and undervoltage protection, as well as motor stalling protection to ensure the safe operation of the equipment under abnormal conditions.

Shell protection level: The standard is IP31, with optional IP33, IP44, etc. Other protection levels can be customized as needed to adapt to different installation environments, such as indoor, outdoor, and places with dust or liquid splashes.
Environmental temperature/altitude: The working environment temperature is 0-45 º C and the altitude is below 1000m; When used at higher altitudes, the rating needs to be reduced to ensure the normal operation of the equipment.
Insulation coordination: The pollution level is 2 (compliant with EN 61800-5-1 and EN 50178 standards), ensuring electrical insulation performance in different polluted environments.
