DESCRIPTION

The SST Reliance AutoMax PCI interface card allows a PCI bus computer to function as a drop on the AutoMax DCS-NET and Remote I/O networks, providing for a direct exchange of data with an AutoMax control system

SST Reliance PCI Interface Card

After installing the appropriate interface software, the computer will function as a drop on either the AutoMax DCS-NET or Remote I/O communications networks. The interface card will function as a valid drop on the network, except as the Master (drop 0), and can be assigned any valid drop depth. Downloading the Remote I/O Software (provided) to this interface card will configure it for operation on the AutoMax Remote I/O network. Once loaded with Remote I/O software, this interface card provides the ability to monitor all drops on the Remote I/O network, access the output data sent from the master to the slave drops, as well as monitor the data sent to the master by each slave drop.
