3.3 Expansion Limitations and Special Instructions
Only supports one I/O slot (I/O 0): can be inserted into a PCD2.M5 I/O module or a PCD2.F2xxx communication module (up to 1 F2xxx module).
Slot I/O 1 pre installed with PCD2.W525 module: This module is part of the default configuration of the controller, and if removed, the controller will stop running. Therefore, users are not allowed to freely expand using the I/O 1 slot.
The Smart RIO Manager feature is not supported.
Supports S-Bus and Modbus stations, with a maximum of 10 units.

PCD1.M0160E0 is a compact controller with free programming, pre installed with S-Monitoring application (energy monitoring) at the factory. It is designed specifically for the installation of electrical control cabinets, suitable for distribution units or narrow spaces. In addition to integrating I/O, interface, and Web/IT functions, it also supports multiple protocol connections, making it highly suitable for microcontrollers, communication gateways (EnOcean, KNX, BACnet, etc.), as well as energy consumption data collection, recording, and processing.

When installed in the distribution box, a space of 55mm should be left above the DIN rail and 75mm below it.
It is recommended to use elbows or flexible Ethernet cables (such as SlimWire PRO) for Ethernet cables, otherwise it may not be possible to close the distribution box cover.

Programming and software support
All PCD1 controllers are programmed using the Saia PG5 programming software suite, which supports IEC 61131-3 languages such as Instruction List (IL), Function Block Diagram (FBD), Structured Text (ST), and Sequential Function Diagram (GRAFTEC).
