On site installation: Choose a wall mounted casing (requires separate inquiry) with built-in wide voltage power supply.

Need more analog I/O: Purchase VEA 20451 analog board.

Remote display: Choose a large display based on line of sight (LED is suitable for strong light environments, LCD has low power consumption but limited viewing angle).


Debugging and maintenance convenience

6.1 Automatic Calibration Program

INTECONT Tersus has a built-in automatic calibration program that supports:

Zero point calibration: Automatic zeroing under empty belt or air flow conditions.

Range calibration: It can be completed through theoretical calculations (based on sensor parameters and mechanical dimensions), without the need for hanging codes or physical testing, greatly simplifying debugging work.

6.2 Simulation Mode

Simulate weighing and speed signals without the need for actual material flow, for verifying PLC logic, training operators, or testing communication configurations.

6.3 Diagnosis and Reporting

The device continuously runs self-test and can generate the following reports:

Status report: current operating parameters, alarm status

Event report: Record events such as operations, faults, parameter modifications, etc

Calibration report: Record the date, results, and deviations of each calibration

Production report: Cumulative output by shift, day, and month

6.4 EasyServe PC Software

Through EasyServe software, technicians can:

Real time waveform monitoring online (load, speed, flow)

Upload/Download Parameter Configuration

Perform remote calibration

Export logs for analysis

Firmware update


Environmental adaptability and certification

Wide temperature operation: -40 ° C to+60 ° C, suitable for cold regions or high-temperature factories.

High electromagnetic compatibility: All input and output are designed with filtering and isolation, relay output contacts are isolated, and analog output and input are referenced but optionally isolated.

Protection level: The panel installation can reach IP65 (front), and the overall wall mounted housing is IP65 and washable.

Trade settlement certification: The legal version complies with local metrology regulations (such as OIML R50) and is suitable for commercial settlement.
