2.1 Installation Model

INTECONT Tersus offers two physical structures:

Front of panel mounting unit: suitable for control cabinet or console opening installation, with optional IP65 front protection level (additional clamping kit required).

Wall mounted housing: suitable for on-site installation, with a protection level of IP65, dimensions of 380 mm × 300 mm × 236 mm, and built-in power supply (85... 264 VAC/24 VDC, 2A).

3.1 Measurement principle (varies by device type)

Belt scale: Collecting belt load (kg/m) and belt speed (m/s) through sensors, integrating and calculating instantaneous flow rate (t/h) and cumulative amount (t).

Solid flow meter: measures the reaction force generated by the impact of materials on the chute, and converts it into flow rate after calibration.
