For example, when expanding production scale or adjusting production processes, it is convenient to add I/O modules or communication modules to achieve system function upgrades.

(2) TB521

Professional communication function: Designed for communication needs, its ARCNET interface and RS 232/RS 485 serial interface can meet the diverse communication requirements in the field of industrial automation. In some industrial networks that require high real-time performance, ARCNET interface can achieve fast and stable data transmission; The RS 232/RS 485 interface can easily connect some traditional serial devices, such as sensors, controllers, etc., to achieve interconnection and intercommunication between devices.

Precautions

(1) TB511

Installation environment: It should be installed in a dry, well ventilated environment without strong electromagnetic interference. Avoid installing near equipment that generates strong electromagnetic fields, such as large motors and transformers, to prevent electromagnetic interference from affecting the stability of signal transmission and causing equipment failure.

Installation operation: During the installation process, it is necessary to follow the requirements of the product manual. Ensure that the module slots are securely connected to avoid unstable signal transmission or equipment damage caused by looseness. When plugging and unplugging modules, use appropriate tools and pay attention to the operating force to prevent damage to the slot interface.
