Product Structure and Working Principle
(1) Structural Design

(2) Working principle
Normal operating state: During normal operation of the equipment, the USOV universal shut-off valve is in the open state, allowing fuel to smoothly pass through the valve and be delivered to gas turbines and other equipment according to the system's set flow rate and pressure, meeting their fuel requirements for normal operation. At this time, the driving device remains powered on and maintains the valve core in the open position.
Cut off working mechanism: When the system detects abnormal situations, such as equipment failure, emergency shutdown instructions, or situations that may endanger safety, the control signal will be quickly transmitted to the driving device of the USOV cut-off valve. After receiving the signal, the driving device immediately stops power supply. Under the action of spring force or other auxiliary power sources, the valve core quickly moves to the closed position, completely blocking the fuel passage and quickly cutting off all fuel flow, preventing fuel from continuing to flow to equipment such as turbines, effectively avoiding possible dangerous events such as fires and explosions.
