How to manage the construction team

来源: | 作者:佚名 | 发布时间 :2023-11-16 | 838 次浏览: | Share:

At the same time, in order to improve the civilized construction level of construction personnel and avoid the occurrence of uncivilized construction behaviors, construction enterprises need to formulate the management system related to civilized construction. In order to ensure the implementation and operation of the relevant management system of civilized construction, a reward and punishment mechanism is established to form an effective incentive and constraint for construction personnel [3]. In addition, establish a regular inspection and supervision mechanism, construction units, construction units and supervision units regularly or irregularly go to the construction site for safety and civilization inspections, spot checks, timely discovery and feedback problems, and ensure that all kinds of uncivilized construction behaviors are rectified in place on schedule. Therefore, improving the comprehensive literacy of construction personnel is one of the importance of civilized construction in construction project management.

2.3 It is conducive to shaping corporate culture and enhancing competitiveness

Corporate culture is a kind of special culture precipitated in the process of long-term survival and development of enterprises, and an important display of enterprise system operation, decision management and expression. Due to the particularity of the construction environment, it is necessary to use civilized construction methods to directly display the corporate culture.

We should improve the means and methods of management on the basis of respect and service

Respect and service are very important, but respect and service can not replace management, people-oriented management with respect and service as the core is not all of management, managers also need to have the necessary methods, means, strategies.

(1) Move with emotion and understand reason.

To the workers to be kind to communicate, emotional, understand the reason, try not to direct orders to the workers, to avoid rude words to workers, nasty words to hurt people. Scold workers, noisy workers, light workers do not listen, heavy workers will be abused and even beaten. The more we respect lower-level workers, the more we respect them, the more we can manage them. We do not pay wages directly to workers, and words such as fines and dismissals are often ineffective, become a bluff, and reduce the effectiveness of management.

(2) Be able to use the power of leadership.

In view of the problems of workers, when the communication with the workers is ineffective, do not take drastic actions against the workers, but should communicate with the team leader. If the communication with the team leader is ineffective, you can communicate with the team leader and the team boss. If it can not be solved, you can report to the project manager and use the power of leadership to communicate with the team boss, so as to achieve the purpose of management.

Although you can report to the manager and use the power of leadership, but this is the last resort, do not use it lightly, we should try to solve the problem at our level, do not always submit the conflict.

(3) Make good work arrangements to win the trust and respect of the team.

As a construction technician, we should think from the perspective of workers, give ideas for their work, find ways to reduce idleness, rework, make their work more efficient, earn more money, and impress them with their management, technical level and sincerity of caring for them, so that they will be more obedient to our management.

(4) Clear reward and punishment, more reward and less punishment.

Rewards and fines are a means of management, fines can not be too much too often, otherwise, workers will be very disgusted, even numb, indifferent, then fines will become pale, will become an ineffective means. Rewards can be used as a commonly used means, and to reward in place, a small reward for the team that passes the acceptance at one time, a civilized construction team that cleans up the site after completion, a team that does a good job in safety work, a worker who uses materials thrifty rewards, a timely rectification rewards, and a variety of small rewards to promote various aspects of management work.

(5) Construction technicians should improve their comprehensive ability.

On the one hand, improve the technical level, on the other hand, improve the speech ability, communication ability, written expression ability, so that virtually improve the management ability, enhance their own authority.

(6) Construction technicians should spare no effort.

Construction technicians should do leg work, mouth work, brain work, hand work, eye work, timely find problems, analyze problems, solve problems, our hard work can be exchanged for the understanding of the team, the respect of colleagues, the recognition of the leader.

(7) Construction technicians should have a broad mind.

Construction technicians should be able to endure, endure humiliation, indomitable management, not to achieve the goal will not give up. In the management will inevitably be angry, we must adjust ourselves in time, soft can not come hard, hard can not come soft, from the left to say no from the right, from the front can not come from behind, use several means, whether it is to endure the gas or swallow the voice, to do a good job is capable, bear it, think about it, be willing to back, The time to overcome difficulties is when the ability to greatly improve. As the old saying goes: those who work hard rule, and those who work hard rule. To manage others, it is necessary to work hard and think more, the manager must have a few brushes and a few hands
