We should improve the means and methods of management on the basis of respect and service

(1) Move with emotion and understand reason.

(4) Clear reward and punishment, more reward and less punishment.

Rewards can be used as a commonly used means, and to reward in place, a small reward for the team that passes the acceptance at one time, a civilized construction team that cleans up the site after completion, a team that does a good job in safety work, a worker who uses materials thrifty rewards, a timely rectification rewards, and a variety of small rewards to promote various aspects of management work.

(5) Construction technicians should improve their comprehensive ability.

On the one hand, improve the technical level, on the other hand, improve the speech ability, communication ability, written expression ability, so that virtually improve the management ability, enhance their own authority.

(6) Construction technicians should spare no effort.

(7) Construction technicians should have a broad mind.
