The system is "Rainbow Ready," meaning it can seamlessly integrate with Alcatel-Lucent's Rainbow cloud-based collaboration service. Security is addressed through multiple layers: granular class of service (CoS) restrictions, toll fraud prevention via calling number verification, and SIP firewall capabilities for VoIP trunks.
