Omron CQM1-TC102 4-Loop Temperature Control Unit for CQM1/CQM1H PLC Systems

The Omron CQM1-TC102 is a high-function temperature control unit designed for the CQM1 and CQM1H series programmable logic controller systems. This special I/O unit provides direct temperature measurement and control for up to four independent loops, integrating the functionality of four separate temperature controllers into a single PLC module. The CQM1-TC102 accepts direct input from Pt100 and JPt100 platinum resistance thermometers and provides open-collector PNP pulse outputs for driving solid-state relays or contactors controlling heating elements. The unit features built-in PID control with auto-tuning, heater burnout alarm detection, and a sampling period of 500 ms.
