GE IS200SDIIH1ADB PCB Printed circuit board
GE IS200SDIIH1ADB PCB Printed circuit board
DESCRIPTION
The IS200SDIIH1ADB MRP683026 is a PCB(printed circuit board) component manufactured by General Electric for the Mark VI and Mark VIe systems. These systems, released by General Electric, improve the efficiency of gas and steam turbines through reliable management. They are both TMR(three-module redundant) systems that provide multiple backups of critical control and protection parameters.
Technical features
Terminal block configuration:
The IS200SDIIH1ADB is equipped with 12 Type C dry contact output relays.
Use one cable to connect to the VTUR, VCRC or VCC processor board.
This is a simplex board that does not support TMR (three take two) applications, but two DRLY boards can be connected to the previously mentioned boards for a total of 24 contact outputs.
The H1A version has higher power relay contacts.
Physical Characteristics:
The terminal block occupies both long sides of the board from side to side, with 36 screw connections available on each side.
The centre of the board houses the relay and cable connectors.
Board size: 8.5 inches long by 8.1 inches wide.
Electrical Characteristics:
Operating ambient temperature range: -40 to 100°C.
Current range: 100 to 400A (depending on application).
Voltage: 24V.
Solenoid power supply not included, but each relay has a corresponding LED to indicate the voltage across the coil.
Functional Characteristics:
This terminal board has no on-board inhibit and relay status monitoring.
Supports time synchronisation with an SNTP time server on an Ethernet network.
May be used as part of the PACSystem RX7i programmable automation controller (PAC) platform to support data exchange, remote I/O implementation, and communication with visualisation systems and third-party software.
Application Scenarios
The GE IS200SDIIH1ADB PCB is mainly used in industrial automation and control systems that require high precision and high reliability relay outputs. In particular, it plays a vital role in the protection, control and monitoring of gas and steam turbines.
