Core technical characteristics

(i) Flexible digital input/output configuration

GE IC200MDL243 demonstrates a high degree of flexibility in digital input and output. It is equipped with multiple digital input channels and output channels, which can be freely configured according to the actual industrial control requirements. 

These channels can either work independently to connect different devices, such as sensors, switches, relays, indicators, etc., or can be grouped to build complex control logic. For example, in an automated production line, some of the input channels can be used to connect product detection sensors to collect real-time information on the position and quality of the product; and some of the output channels can be used to control actuators such as starting and stopping motors and opening and closing valves, so as to realise the automated control of the production line.

At the same time, through reasonable channel grouping and programming, switching and linkage control of different production processes can be realised to meet diversified industrial production needs.
