Functional Features
The AIO 110 runs a Linux-based operating system with the openAutomation framework, supporting multiple programming languages (LD, FBD, ST, SFC). It includes an OPC UA server, MQTT client, and built-in web server for IIoT connectivity. The capacitive touchscreen enables gesture control and on-screen keyboards. The unit supports data logging, recipe management, and alarm handling. It can be programmed using Lauer Configurator Pro or CODESYS, providing a rich library of function blocks.
The I/O channels are fully isolated and configurable. The CANopen port allows connection to external drives and sensors. The Ethernet ports support daisy-chaining (via internal switch) for line topology networks.
Installation Guidelines
Mount the unit in a panel cutout with the supplied clips. Connect the 24 V DC power supply with a 2 A fuse. Wire the I/O terminals according to the labeling. For Ethernet, use CAT5e cables; for RS485, shielded cable with termination. The USB ports can be used for programming or external storage. Configure the network settings and controller parameters via the built-in web interface or programming tool.
Ensure proper grounding and avoid routing signal cables near power cables. Provide adequate clearance behind for ventilation.
