Functional Features
The PCS 110FZ supports basic graphical objects including buttons, numeric input fields, bar graphs, and alarm lists. It can store up to 500 alarm events and 2,000 data log records. Communication drivers include Modbus RTU and ASCII, with optional Ethernet for remote access. Programming is performed using Lauer Configurator Basic, which provides a simple drag-and-drop interface. The unit also features password protection (up to 3 user levels) and a screen saver.
The Ethernet option allows remote firmware updates and data exchange.
Installation Guidelines
Mount the screen in a panel cutout with the supplied clips and gasket. Connect the 24 V DC power supply with a 0.5 A fuse. For RS485, use shielded twisted-pair cable with 120 Ω termination resistors. For Ethernet, use CAT5e cable. Download the application via the serial port or Ethernet. Ensure proper grounding and avoid routing cables near high-voltage sources.
