Functional Features
The PCS 600 supports Modbus RTU/TCP, and optional drivers for Siemens S7-200 and Mitsubishi FX. It includes basic graphical objects: buttons, numeric inputs, bar graphs, and alarm lists. The panel can store up to 500 alarm events and 5,000 data log records. Configuration is done with Lauer Configurator Lite, offering a simple drag-and-drop interface. It also features a recipe manager and screen saver.
The USB host port allows connection of external storage for data export and firmware updates.
Installation Guidelines
Mount in panel cutout with clips and gasket. Connect 24 V DC power with 0.5 A fuse. For RS485, use shielded cable with termination. For Ethernet, use CAT5e. Use USB device port for project download.
