Functional Features
The PCS095 supports Modbus RTU and ASCII protocols, with optional Ethernet for remote access. It includes basic graphical objects such as buttons, numeric inputs, bar graphs, and alarm lists. The panel can store up to 500 alarm events and 2,000 data log records. Programming is done with Lauer Configurator Basic, which offers a simple drag-and-drop environment. It also supports password protection and a screen saver.
The Ethernet option allows firmware updates and remote diagnostics.
Installation Guidelines
Mount in panel cutout with clips and gasket. Connect 24 V DC power with 0.5 A fuse. For RS485, use shielded cable with termination. For Ethernet, use CAT5e. Download the application via the serial port or Ethernet.
