Functional Features
The PCS095 supports Modbus RTU/TCP, and optional drivers for Siemens S7-200 and Mitsubishi FX. It includes graphical objects like buttons, numeric inputs, bar graphs, and alarm lists. The panel can store up to 500 alarm events and 5,000 data log records. Configuration is done with Lauer Configurator Basic, offering a simple interface. It also features a recipe manager, screen saver, and password protection for up to 3 user levels.
The Ethernet option enables remote access and firmware updates. The USB host port allows data export and connection of external storage.
Installation Guidelines
Mount in panel cutout with clips and gasket. Connect 24 V DC power with 0.5 A fuse. For RS485, use shielded cable with termination. For Ethernet, use CAT5e. Use USB device port for project download.
