The SEC PB4-DYI is a high-reliability digital output module featuring reinforced isolation for each of its four output channels. Designed for industrial control applications where electrical noise immunity and safety are critical, this module ensures reliable switching of field devices while protecting the control system from ground loops and voltage transients.
The PB4-DYI incorporates reinforced isolation between the control logic and each output channel, as well as between individual channels. This level of isolation prevents fault propagation across channels and ensures that a failure on one output does not affect the operation of others. The module is particularly suited for applications where field wiring runs are long or where equipment is located in electrically noisy environments.
Each of the four channels features a relay output with SPDT contacts, providing flexible switching configurations. The isolation voltage rating meets stringent industrial safety standards. Individual LED indicators provide real-time status of each output, while diagnostic functions report channel health to the host controller.
