Design and Construction

The 400C79 features a molded coil encapsulated in a glass-filled nylon housing, providing excellent mechanical strength and resistance to chemicals and moisture. The DIN 43650 connector allows quick electrical connection and replacement without tools. The coil's low power consumption minimizes heat generation, extending coil life and reducing energy costs.

Hazardous Area Certification

This solenoid coil carries ATEX and IECEx certifications for use in Zone 2 hazardous areas (gas) and Zone 22 (dust). The "Ex nA" protection type ensures the coil does not produce arcs or sparks during normal operation, making it suitable for environments with flammable gases or combustible dust.
