It is understood that in September 2018, Southeast Mining Co., Ltd. carried out strategic cooperation with Wuxue Minbi Mineral Resources Development Co., LTD., becoming the holding subsidiary of MinBI Group, which is the raw material supply base of Wuxue Makou New building Materials Industrial Park and MinBI Group's calcium oxide project and 30 million tons of machine-made sand project. Green mine construction depends on details. In the necessary link blasting construction, the company changed the traditional blasting method, adopted the 12-meter step medium-deep hole differential extrusion blasting method, and used the domestic advanced 3Dmine mining professional software for blasting simulation design, and selected RTK for drilling positioning and level measurement and control. The internationally mature Orica surface millisecond detonator and hole millisecond detonator are formed into a micro-delay blasting network, which realizes hole by hole blasting, reduces blasting vibration and noise, improves blasting efficiency, and minimizes the impact on the surrounding ecological environment.

Crushing is the core of sand and gravel mine and also the top priority of environmental protection work. The company adopts a completely closed crushing and screening process, through the enclosed workshop, the key dust production points using pulse bag dust collector centralized dust collection, additional workshop atomization dust removal, to ensure dust-free continuous production. At the same time, they installed the sprinkler line to the side of the main mine road, and used the sprinkler to continuously sprinkle water and dust to ensure that the mining area was free of dust.

As a bulk product, the transportation problem of sand and stone aggregate has always been a major difficulty in the green development of mines. In transportation, the company uses closed belt corridors to transport high-quality mixed materials and finished materials directly to the logistics park of the group company, and then washed and screened for deep processing into finished products, warehousing, and directly transported to the riverside dock for delivery, greatly reducing environmental damage along the way, reducing safety hazards and dust pollution brought by road transportation.
