Green development and beautiful mine construction

"Clear water and green mountains are gold and silver mountains." Entering Southeast Mining Co., LTD., the first thing you see is a landscape sculpture composed of several large white characters on the green lawn and blue small characters of "Protect the clear water and blue sky, build a green home", as well as green leaves and mountains.

Around the lawn, although it is a clean, wide, spotless mining road, but there is no shadow of vehicles. "We processed the product and shipped it directly to the dock on the belt, so there were no delivery vehicles at all in the mine." It seems to spy out the doubts of reporters, Lu Wulong explained with a smile.

It is understood that in September 2018, Southeast Mining Co., Ltd. carried out strategic cooperation with Wuxue Minbi Mineral Resources Development Co., LTD., becoming the holding subsidiary of MinBI Group, which is the raw material supply base of Wuxue Makou New building Materials Industrial Park and MinBI Group's calcium oxide project and 30 million tons of machine-made sand project. This also provides a source of power and a rare opportunity for the company to create green mines and achieve high-quality development.

Green mine construction depends on details. In order to achieve green processing and green transportation, the company's total investment of more than 1 billion yuan, the original production line, belt corridor large-scale transformation, now has two fully closed environmental protection production lines, two 7.5km belt corridor environmental protection transport lines and advanced washing screening process and sludge treatment system, always reflects the concept of leading technology, safety and environmental protection.

In the mining area, they built a mountain road, planted seedlings on the roadside, opened up from the top down, a step every 12 meters, layered mining, the original "one wall" mining to top-down mining, and the slope pile soil to green. At the same time, they will be the original lower has formed the stage of temporary mining for the green, so as to standardize the mining order, change the traditional understanding of mining, but also greatly improve the mining environment. In drilling construction, they use oil to gas drilling RIGS to achieve green construction, energy saving and emission reduction. The company introduced a new process of energy saving and emission reduction (centralized high-pressure remote air drilling: no oil burning, no ash, no high voltage line), achieved 30% energy saving in the mine, greatly reduced carbon dioxide emissions, improved the overall safety technology level, and greatly reduced the impact on the environment during the operation.

In the necessary link blasting construction, the company changed the traditional blasting method, adopted the 12-meter step medium-deep hole differential extrusion blasting method, and used the domestic advanced 3Dmine mining professional software for blasting simulation design, and selected RTK for drilling positioning and level measurement and control. The internationally mature Orica surface millisecond detonator and hole millisecond detonator are formed into a micro-delay blasting network, which realizes hole by hole blasting, reduces blasting vibration and noise, improves blasting efficiency, and minimizes the impact on the surrounding ecological environment.
