Carry out theme education to lead the high-quality development of the industry

In 2023, the China Plastic Association will carry out in-depth theme education as the main line, promote the deep integration of party building and business as the core, and promote the high-quality development of the industry as the goal, continue to strengthen the construction of the Party branch ideology, politics, organization, style, etc., consolidate the "two" construction results, and deeply learn and publicize the Party's 20 spirit. Combined with the work arrangement, he went to a number of enterprises to deepen the investigation and research and solve the development problems; Organize and hold thematic education meetings, carry out inspection and analysis, and do a good job of rectification and rectification; Carry out the activities of Party building joint construction and striving to create "vanguard of Communist Party members" and "excellent association workers", strive to build a reasonable structure, excellent quality and outstanding association team, and provide a strong organizational guarantee for creating a first-class association with better level, higher efficiency, more professional and more credibility.

Hold brand exhibitions to build exchange and cooperation platforms

Focus on the needs of the industry, play the role of the exhibition platform, and promote economic and trade cooperation. From February 25 to 27, 2023, the fifth China International Plastics Exhibition and plastic new materials, new technologies, new equipment, new products exhibition was grand opened in Nanjing International Expo Center, with an exhibition area of 50,000 square meters, nearly 1,000 exhibitors competed on the same stage, held more than 40 related activities, attracting 77594 professional visitors. From November 24 to 26, 2023, the China Plastic Green Intelligent Manufacturing Exhibition was successfully held in Shaoxing, with the theme of "Green digital intelligence and circular economy leading the high-quality development of the industry", with an exhibition area of 11,000 square meters and a total of 26,346 visitors.

Adhere to scientific and technological innovation to promote technological progress in the industry

China Plastics Association adheres to the "five modernization" scientific and technological innovation leadership of functional, lightweight, precision, ecological and intelligent, strengthens technical exchanges and cooperation in the industry, promotes the continuous improvement of the industry's scientific and technological innovation ability, and promotes the industry's technological transformation and development. On February 25, 2023, the "Third China Plastics Industry Science and Technology Conference" was held in Nanjing International Expo Center, with the theme of "Pioneering and Innovation to promote transformation and forge ahead for development", inviting experts and academicians to share the latest scientific research results, lead the direction of innovation, commend the industry's scientific and technological innovation and technological progress outstanding units and individuals, and release excellent scientific research results and excellent standardization projects. Enable the high-quality development of the industry.

Strengthen industry exchanges to promote the coordinated development of industrial chains

On August 18, 2023, the "2023 National Plastics Industry Association (business) Association Work Exchange Meeting" was held in Changzhi City, Shanxi Province, and representatives of the China Plastics Association and 29 national plastics-related industry associations and chambers of commerce jointly exchanged and promoted the development of the industry.
