It is necessary to enforce the PVoC certification before export, that is, the coc certificate of product conformity, to prove that the export products of enterprises meet the relevant technical regulations and standards in Uganda, so that customs clearance can be smoothly carried out in the local. It also marks a new international level of testing technology and service in China's international cooperation in the field of oil and gas energy.

These friendly strategic cooperation agreements have made the Ugandan government see that China, as an advocate of the Belt and Road, has always been helping African countries with its actions.
