Continue to promote the relocation and renovation of hazardous chemical production enterprises in densely populated urban areas. We will implement the requirements for promoting the development of the Yangtze Economic Belt and ecological protection and high-quality development in the Yellow River basin, and promote the scientific layout and orderly transfer of petrochemical and chemical projects in the Yangtze and Yellow River basins.
