Guide the circular production and industrial coupling development of enterprises in the park, encourage the dislocation and differentiated development of chemical parks, and coordinate the layout with metallurgy, building materials, textiles, electronics and other industries. Encourage the construction of scientific and technological innovation and scientific research achievements incubation platform, intelligent management system in chemical parks.
