Key points of construction and application

Whether the existing functional systems of mining enterprises have standardized protocol interfaces;

Mining enterprises with relatively closed systems involve third party support data opening problems;

Raw data sorting, data ownership and unified data understanding issues;

The first three problems are basically common problems in the digital industry, which can be learned from the successful experience of industries with fast digital transformation and upgrading process and good results. The fourth problem requires mining companies and contractors to work together to overcome the industry name "the Internet does not understand industry, industry does not understand the Internet", the completion of this work will determine whether the information foundation of intelligent mine construction is firm.

The second type of platform: mine centralized control platform

The centralized mine management and control platform is also an intelligent mining integration scheme based on the concept and technology of digital twin, based on the 3D real map data of the mine, and integrating the data of mine safety, environmental protection and production management. By efficiently and reasonably organizing a series of industrial software systems and front-end intelligent equipment (products) responsible for situational awareness and data collection, the scheme realizes full awareness of the mine environment, equipment data acquisition, transmission analysis, and equipment control instruction delivery coverage, and is a smart mine platform for the construction of global awareness, edge computing, data-driven and auxiliary decision-making. It is the carrier to realize the virtual-real mapping and real-time interaction between the physical mine entity and the digital mine twin, and also the source of all kinds of "real-time data" required for the mine collaborative management platform introduced earlier.

On this platform, the previously built industrial ring network and the series of industrial software, Internet of things technology, intelligent equipment and other participating elements supported by it together form the main body of an independent mining industrial Internet, which can generate massive enterprise application-level perception data through daily operation. Meet the mining enterprises to dynamically grasp the organization and management object, management process and result state of each department of the mine, grasp the operation situation of the mine in real time, and optimize the control according to it, that is, "virtual and real mapping, real-time interaction".

The key main lines involved in the mine centralized management and control platform include ore flow, energy flow, information flow, value flow and business flow. Compared with the mine collaborative management platform, the mine centralized management and control platform has more diversified functions and more complex scenarios, so it has higher requirements.

Key points of construction and application

Different types of mines, or even the same type of mines, have great individual differences. At the current stage, the standardized construction of the centralized mine control platform is still difficult to achieve, and basically belongs to customized services. In addition to the coordination of different functional modules of the system itself, the platform construction needs to be well coordinated between mining enterprises and contractors during the system construction process. Therefore, it is important for the contractor to "understand" the mining company, otherwise the "Internet" will make uncomfortable "transformation" of the mining company. On the basis of deep insight into the business characteristics of the service object, differentiated solutions are provided for many specific application scenarios of different mining enterprises, which is a comprehensive test of the market experience and technical product reserve of intelligent mine contractors.

Mining companies and contractors have their own strengths, one is more familiar with mining, the other is more familiar with the Internet, intelligent equipment, industrial software, the birth of a smart mine is the result of the two sides into "different professional directions of competition", or the crystallization of mutual understanding and co-creation, testing the pattern and wisdom of the two teams.

The application of major technologies such as intelligent equipment, industrial software, big data technology, Internet of Things technology, and information and communication technology in the mining industrial Internet are all in a stage of rapid development. The iterative updating and even elimination of technologies have brought uncertainty to the construction of intelligent mines. It is suggested that mining enterprises should choose contractors with wider vision, better foresight, stronger professional ability and richer landing experience, and adopt platform construction schemes with better ductility, stronger future plasticity and more mainstream technical routes.
