(A) Build mine sensor hardware system

Through the research and development of sensing, processing, interaction and embedded integrated hardware equipment, the mining machinery, transport vehicles, staff, stope, storage yard, warehouse, etc. are organically linked, and the data is automatically collected and transmitted to the server to provide basic data support for the next step.

(2) Construction of mine information management system

On the basis of big data collected by hardware, a structured information processing system is established.

(1) no-stop counting system.

The counting system is a recording scheme based on distributed MESH network, which does not depend on location information and public network, and has good real-time, accuracy and stability. In addition, the counting system can also calculate the distance of each trip through the Beidou positioning system, so as to achieve accurate attendance and record of the driver's workload.

(2) Ore classification transportation and stacking record system

The mining car can obtain the ore type information of the excavator through high-speed wireless communication technology at the mining point, and carry the ore type information to the designated storage yard after loading. When the mine car enters the wrong field, it will receive an error message and ask the driver to correct it.

(3) Intelligent scheduling system matching mining and transportation

Due to the mismatch between mining and transportation capacity, it will cause idle mining vehicles and machinery, thus reducing production efficiency. To solve this problem, an intelligent scheduling system matching mining and transportation is designed. This scheduling scheme is very different from the location-based services scheme. The scheduling scheme based on location service is mostly to provide the best path planning, which is not obvious for small and medium-sized mines. In small and medium-sized mines, the choice of path is not abundant, so the effect of path planning is not obvious. In addition, the key to affect the mine production capacity lies in the matching of mining and transportation, which can greatly improve the mine production efficiency.

(3) Digital management platform

On the basis of the systematic analysis of the application status and functional effects of the smart mine production scheduling and control system, the function of digital mine management resource sharing is strengthened through the establishment of a central database. To achieve timely data update, centralized management of basic data and important production data, efficient information and data flow, scientific data flow access and use rights of the functional system of comprehensive development, to build a sound sharing management information system.

Establish mine resource database, on the basis of ensuring data security, open API interface for related enterprises, complete the construction of big data platform for mining industry, and design a software system suitable for mine use scenarios with the strength of multiple enterprises.

(4) Mining production and process control technology

At present, the information construction of most mines in China only uses video surveillance, vehicle positioning and other applications. Such applications are simpler and have limited productivity gains.

With reference to the mining hardware and software systems of foreign Dispatch companies, combined with domestic mining production and management practice, we set up production scheduling and process control on the integrated communication system platform. Through production and process control technology, we not only realize the tracking and positioning of personnel, equipment and vehicles, but also realize the synchronous update of the real-time status of equipment operation, remote control of work content, data collection and statistics of work results, and purchase, sale and storage of production materials. In the future, artificial intelligence will be combined to realize big data-assisted decision-making, and the production scheduling and process control of mining through video surveillance and VR will be realized, which is the advanced stage of digital mine construction.

(5) Industrial AD hoc networking technology

Due to various equipment types, complex geological conditions and different data required in mines, various data needs to be collected by different sensors. We use AD hoc networking technology to combine Wireless Sensor Network WSN(Wireless Sensor Network) with a large number of sensor nodes to form a multi-hop AD hoc network system through wireless communication to realize quantitative data acquisition, processing, fusion and transmission. At present, WSN is one of the most advanced network technologies in the world, and we take the lead in applying it to the mining industry, which will greatly promote the process of mine intelligence.

(6) Security sensing applications

In the process of mine production, there may be landslides, car accidents, harmful gas/liquid, fire, flying rocks and other accidents. Therefore, it is necessary to establish an effective comprehensive safety monitoring and early warning system. We use the above-mentioned various technologies to place sensors in various accident-prone locations, automatically collect various data, supplemented by artificial intelligence judgment, and use special analysis and early warning software in the main control center for analysis, timely detection and prediction of disasters. So that mining in more safe, efficient, low consumption conditions.
