When the project enters the operation stage after the acceptance of the project, our company will ensure to meet the needs of system operation and maintenance management, and provide comprehensive technical support, after-sales service and warranty service. The form of later service usually includes free service during the validity period of the contract and follow-up paid service after the completion of the project contract. The warranty period can provide standard free service or extended fee service according to the contract between the two parties.
Late service form: Contract validity service refers to the provision of technical support services for the project within a certain period of time and free maintenance services within a certain period of time after project acceptance explicitly proposed by the customer in the contract terms.
